Default LIRR and duct tape

LIRR please stop putting the duct tape on the uncomfortable train seats, we
pay a lot of $$$ for these seats. For a seat about as "comfortable as a
cheaply padded toilet seat," (someone in the distant past made this
reference on the group), we should have better seating and I think the M-7
seats should be put into the remaining M-3's that will be left in service
for the years to come. (Daydreaming, I know.)

I really like the M-7 seats a lot, the LIRR did an excellent decision on
that.... Give credit when it is due. I like the M-7 train a lot too.

Comments

Who actually thinks the LIRR seats in the M-1 and M-3 cars are comfortable
?????

Please be honest ...

Thanks

Maybe if the slob commuters would stop tearing up the seats quicker
than LIRR can fix 'em, they wouldn't all be duct taped.
