Queens to Downtown Manhattan

Are there any express or other buses that go from Queens (floral park
or closer aread) to downtown manhattan (WTC area).

I know the X68 goes to Midtown Manhattan.
Wondering if any go to downtown or how feasible would it be to take
x68 and then transfer to a downtown bus?

Express bus fare includes a transfer to regular bus or subway -- very
feasible.
