    Term limits is an abomination.

One of Bloomberg's TV campaign ads takes credit for "building a new
subway line." Does he deserve any credit for that at all? Does the
city have any say in MTA decisions?

The city is paying entirely for the 7 Extension. Bloomberg probably
deserves a lot of credit for that. But that's an extension, not a new
    line.

He picks are few appointees to the MTA board (though I think the
governor ultimately nominates them). I think the city threw in a little
bit of funding for the SAS.
