Default What happened to hardcopy "Local Journey Planner" ?

Today I asked TFL Customerline for a more recent copy of my Local Journey
Planner and was told that it is only online.

Can this be correct?

I have my old 2004 copies for L6 (Ilford) and L4 (Walthamstow). Is there
anything else I can get which updates those A5 booklets?

Even though it is now 'only online' I hope they offer to print it off
and post it to anyone without internet access.

There are no such guides on line so there is no ability to print
anything equivalent to the old guides or for anyone else to print them.
TfL produce very little paper based publicity these days.

All there is is the Journey Planner and it's rather poor, IMO, version
of timetables plus the bus maps and spider maps.

My point is intended to apply to the stuff that is online. My
employer has taken the same route and has much information online
which is not available in printed format. But if I receive telephone
enquiries from people without internet access it is easy enough to
print it out and post it if that is the best way to help.
