I was wondering how I could find out what the least used station is on the
Central, Jubilee and Metropolitain lines are?

At a complete guess

Roding Valley for the Central Line
Chesham for the Met Line
Canons Park for the Jubilee Line


A quick cross check with the data source Tom provided suggests I'm
probably correct.
