Las Vegas - MGM Grand in May

Using Vegas Hotel Hunt I was able to get the MGM Grand for 6 nights in May
from 16 (Sat) - 22 (Fri) for $792.08. Is this a good deal, should I go
ahead and book or wait until its gets closer?

We all know the US has been hit hard by the current economic climiate as has
most of the world, and vegas will not be immune. It surprises me that the
hotels are not now pushing hard for pre paid bookings by offering great
rates. Maybe theyre concerned they can bankrole committed booking for more
that a few months?
