If proximity to In-N-Out Burger is a consideration, Luxor wins.

Stayed there 5 or 6 times. Decent, basic rooms - they don't suck.
Don't ask for a low floor on the Flamingo Road side, you'll get a very
nice view of the roof and all the ventilation machinery.

Good point!

If you can get a room in front, with a strip view, the elevators that
run to the lobby by the front desks provide very quick access to
the strip. Sometimes being polite and nice to the check in girl
will get an " upgrade" by just asking.

Also, regarding the pool, you might check if Bill's patrons
now have access to the pool at the Flamingo since both
properties are now owned by Harrahs. In the old days,
Barbary Coast guests could use the pool at the Orleans.

South Tower is the closest to the garage. Another little hint - it's
easier to get at the garage from the back side of the property, take
Flamingo east of the Strip, turn north on Audrie, turn left just past
the mini-mart and restaurant, the garage is right there - easier than
fighting the Strip traffic.
