Most of the buffet coupons from American Casino Guide and Las Vegas
Advisor's POV coupon book can be used for half-off-one, even if they
don't state it explicitly. The only time I've been refused half-off by
a buffet cashier was with the LVA coupon for Sam's Town.
I don't know how they handle locals coupons, but I would certainly try
it if I lived there.

and do the buffets together.
