Here in LV, consider day labor. The men can be found outside any plant
store, such as Star Nursery, looking for day work. The going rate is
$80/day per man, plus something to eat for lunch. You pick them up and
return them the same location. Just look in the Yellow Pages or Google
Streets for a plant store, nursery etc. and there will be plenty out
there looking for work.
If you don't speak Spanish, consider using an English to Spanish
translator on your browser to make up a sign to hold up. Such as: 4
Men, all day, $80/man plus lunch. Unloading and carrying furniture into
house. See if at least one of them can speak a little English to aid in
translation. That eliminates any confusion.
As a courtesy, have some bottled water or plastic cups inside the house
so they can have water to drink and be sure to let them know it's OK to
use the bathroom.

You misunderstood, not a leaf blower, a snow-blower!! You know the one that
throws the white stuff that makes November-April suck unless you're a skier.
Hopefully I'll never be back in a climate where I need that ever again.
I never owned a leaf blower and always laughed at the people who did. Maybe
when I get out there I'll change my tune.
Thanks,
Joe J.

Thanks Marsha,

Joe, the package is on it's way. I had to substitute Dungeness Crab
for the King Crab, I hope you don't mind. Now go wait by the mailbox.

The sediment isn't a particulate in the water, but results from minerals
'cooked out' of the water by the burner. Electric water heaters are
worse about this than gas ones, getting what are called fish eggs in
them. These are flakes of carbonates that form on and fall from the
elements to the bottom of the tank. They rehydrate and look like
Tapioca or their namesake of fish eggs.
The modern gas heaters reduce the deposits at the hottest points by
swirling the incoming water. This keeps more of the deposits in
suspension and they are flushed out into the hot water line. It doesn't
do much for your gizzard, but it helps the heaters live a bit longer. <grin>
