| | Guest | Breakfast suggestions? I'll be in LV this weekend and wondered if anyone had any off-strip
suggestions for breakfast. I'm already a fan of Blueberry Hill and Hash
House A Go-Go, but figured there must be other non-buffet options I am
missing.
Thanks in advance.

My suggestion is on the strip. Margaritaville started serving
breakfast, and they do a good job.

The Bay City Diner at the Golden Gate is very good and reasonably
priced.

In general I'd give it an "ok" for lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is
fun if not a bit too noisy. The food is good, but nothing special.
Service has always been excellent. I usually will go there every other
trip, but will probably do breakfast more often.I was really surprised
at breakfast though. We ate there in Joone. We sat out on the deck
overlooking the street. They do huevos rancheros very well, and I had
an omelet with a sauce surprisingly much like a gumbo, though not
quite. The price for brakfast was quite reasonable.

I'll 3rd that suggestion for the Bay City Diner. The French Toast
there is very good & only $4.99. Another good $4.99 breakfast is the
Belgium Waffles @ Careful Kitty's in the El Cortez. The eggs benedict
@ Magnolia's Veranda in the Four Queens is also quite good.
Is it NOOVEMBER yet?

Original Pancake House, on W. Charleston and in Green Valley Ranch
Casino has darned good breakfasts. Consider trying their corned beef
hash, with eggs and a pancake.

The Omelet House on W. Charleston, just beyond the hospital,
has great food but the servings are much too big. | |

And then pull out your shaker of Tony Chassier's seasoning and you're
good to go! You can thank George later! :)
