of the month. Play $300 through a machine between midnight and 1 pm
and get a free lunch buffet. This equates with 240 hands on a 25¢
video poker machine, or about a half-hour of play. If you want to play
another 20 minutes after that ($200 coin-in), you'll also get a free
dinner buffet. The deal is offered Mondays through Thursdays. A
similar deal is running the same days at Suncoast, requiring 300
points for breakfast and an additional 300 for dinner. | |

For a $300 lunch, they better have a 30 foot Subway Tuna sandwich!

You'll get people's attention with that statement!
You most certainly can say that about slots or vidpoker, too, "over a
period of time."
But house games, be they slots or tables, are all negative expectation
games to varying degrees. I know you know that, so perhaps you'd care
to expand on your thinking here.

dr. Bafs theory of winning is to bet when you have the
advantage and never give the money back. Being
local the casino will always be there for us so we
can be selective in our play and leave on a flip of a
card.
Mrs. Baf loves her duces wild and most machines
are 25/15 with a few 25/16's. She limits her losses
to $5 playing $1 at a time, if she wins $5, she quits.
I myself look for a JB machine that is 10/7 or 9/6,
again with $5, $1 at a time, up $5 quit.
On blackjack, as everyone knows for us its the matchplays.
Our gambling is serious and with wins we don't overstay
to give it back. When we want fun we play the $3 & $5
tables at the Western or $2 tables at the Klondike.
For vacationers, the casino has a captive audience so
you play and play, the only way to win is to get hot
just before your plane leaves. Sort of like when you
are at a nice restaurant, you finish the plate even when
you are not hungry. Same with gambling, you leave
when you are broke. When you reach for your wallet
to pull more money out, its time to leave. I've found more
success in the start & stop method, especially when your
winning. Many times we leave on a winning hand.
The fatal mistake is trying to get your money back.
Once you lose, it is not your money, its the casinos.

I went "on tour" with Jean a few months ago at Palace Station. I still lost.
