Wisconsin Electric has run a similar program for well over 15 years and
since we run the air conditioning about 7 days a year, this was perfect. A
price break for 3 months of the year on something we hardly use.

That is very good advice.

4-5 years old, going fishin' with Dad for the very first time. Parked
the pickup off the gravel road and walked through the brush and trees
for about 100 yards to the creek. Cut a couple saplings along the way,
dug some night crawlers by the stream, tied on some cotton line with a
hook and bobber and popped the top on a couple Cokes. Soon, I had my
first fish- a 14" or so catfish. We caught a few more, gutted them and
cooked them over a fire on the same poles we caught them with.
No restaurant in Las Vegas offers superior fare.
BTW, if you want good local catfish, try Lucille's and ask to have the
catfish sandwich blackened instead of fried.

Rob, one of the most memorable mornings I can recall was sitting in the
conference room of a law firm in Grand Rapids MI one very cold February
day. There was an ice storm in progress and we were sitting there
watching cars slide down a hill, with fender benders at the bottom.
Nobody was hurt, but the attorneys were having so much fun watching the
wrecks that I honestly thought that we needed to call 911 and have them
bring in oxygen to revive the guys doubled over with laughter. They
literally sent a couple secretaries out with cards to solicit clients at
the bottom of the hill.

House taxes are roughly 1% per year, of what you pay for the house.
