Default Casinos that are no more

Is there any casino that isn't around anymore that you wish you would
have spent more time in? For me, I wish I would have spent more time
gambling at the Desert Inn,Stardust, & Westward Ho. I never did
shoot craps at the DI. I sat next to a high roller at the blackjack
tables there, but never did play craps.

I miss the Ho. It was the first place I ever played Blackjack and was the
place I was most comfortable playing. In fact I haven't played blackjack in
Vegas since they closed.

DI and, of all places, The Hacienda. Won over a grand the one time I was
there.

There are a number of casinos that I wish were still around, but since
you qualified it with "wish you had spent more time in" I have to say
Frontier. The most time I ever spent there was the closing night,
really. Back in my early LV days, we would often stay at the Stardust
and walk up to the Silver Slipper, but never made it as far as the
main Frontier casino. Of course there was that strike that went on
forever, but ...

The Ho was one that was always fun, and a short walk from the
Stardust. Stardust has to be my fave of all times, though.

Landmark was another. Stayed there once, but it was kind of off the
beaten path.

One I really don't remember well is the Pioneer. I'm sure I've been in
and out of it many times downtown, but I really don't remember it well
as a casino. Lady Luck is the same. Never spent much time there.

Sassy Sally's was tres tacky! Mermaids continues the tradition!

I would have to agree with many here about the Stardust.
I also miss the Steve Wynn owned Mirage a little bit.
Seems MGM is trying to turn it into another Palms somewhat with all
the hip new stuff, Jet, Revolution Bar, Bare, Stack,..etc.
I really miss the old Mirage buffet.
