A res is a virtual necessity. Book it as early as you can.

Flawless.
The meat they serve is perfect. Perfectly prepared, perfectly
seasoned, perfectly aged. The staff is exquisite. These folks know
what they're doing and have it down to an art. The wine list is deep
and flawless.
As I and others have mentioned over and over, try the bone in ribeye.
I also like the double pork chops. The gumbo is next to perfection
and we always order the BBQ shrimp appetizer. Trust me, you'll thank
me later. About the only flaw is at dessert, where the only real
standouts are the Irish whiskey Creme Brulee and the chocolate cake.

There are far nicer rooms in town, but I don't go to a steakhouse to
look at the furnishings and walls. If you want both ambiance and a
great steak, go to Prime.

Yep, again, if you're looking for a place that does enforce a dress
code (by Vegas standards), go to Prime.

ANY of the places on my list will knock your socks off from a taste
standpoint. They're ALL at the top of the heap for meat out west.
granted, there are better places in the midwest and a few better in
some of the larger urban cities, but in Vegas...... these are the
cream of the crop.
Enjoy.
