My last time in Vegas Marcha L suggested that I try Hugo's Cellar. I
think it was great.
If your staying downtown try either Hugos or Andres.

Good Luck

Hugo's is everything you've heard and more. Last time I was there,
the bill came to about $50 a head, tax and tip included. None of us
were drinking though, but the $200 mark should be reasonable. The
menu is on the Four Queen's web site, including the prices. Be sure
to make reservations, or you'll be waiting for quite a while.

Default Hugo's Cellar at Four Queens

4 years ago, I was staying at the 4 Queens. I made a date with a lovely lady
by the name of Cindy Spice, and she agreed to meet at my room. She was
running a bit behind because she had never been to the 4 Queens before, and
didn't know where to park. Once she found her way, she ran into some people
that she knew (not with her car) and the asked her, What are YOU doing here?

She replied that she was having dinner at Hugo's Cellar!
