Welcome back BM: The condo I stayed in was about 1150SF and is appraised at
$240K.
I liked the place and it had enough room for me and the wife. Not sure if
I'd like the heat and sun of living in las vegas, but I enjoy the visits.
Maybe by the time I'm ready to move, the market in LV will go down the
toilet and I can find good deals on condos.
