Default Dining suggestions for a special night out

OK, you guys have been a great help in deciding which shows to see!!

SO, where do we go out to eat for a nice dining experience? We are
looking for something that is eclectic or fusion menu. We are wanting to
keep it somewhere around $100 to $150 for two. We are not big wine drinkers
so that does not need to figure into the price. We are splitting our time
between downtown and mid-strip.We won't be renting a car so we would like to
keep it within walking distance or a short cab ride. I hope this is enough
info to narrow down the selection but if not let me know any other criteria
that will help Just in case it matters we will be arriving on 5/9/07 thru
5/15/07.

Thanks.

I'd spend the extra few $$ for a cab up to Mandalay Bay and eat at
"Mix" on the top floor of THE Hotel. Not only is the food great but
you're looking down on the top of the Luxor pyramid and you have a
breathless view down the strip. They have an outdoor bar area where
you can relax on long armchairs and even have beds with cushions. Of
course you are prevented from falling off with a 6 foot lexan panel.
