The area around US 95 and NV 160 is pretty dark. Lake Mead isn't as
dark, but is close, and is darker than the LV valley. Valley of Fire
might be good also.
Drive away from the highways, and park where you can see the sun rise
(or set) where the horizon isn't being blocked by mountains.
