Default Handicapped toilets

If all the stalls are filled at the casino john or the airport, is it ok
to use the handicapped stall with the arm rails and oversized space?
Feel like the handicapped police could be waiting outside. Why am I
thinking about this!! Could be the 110 degree heat index has fried the
brain. Tom in Ct

I sometimes use the handicapped stall, and I am hale and hearty.

There is no requirement that ONLY handicapped folks can use it, unlike
handicapped parking spaces.

Handicapped stalls are simply made available for them to use: not for
their exclusive use.

Let em wait.

Yes it's ok to use the handicap toilets if the other ones are occupied.
One time I was in the Orlando airport and there was a long line for the
womens restroom so a couple of the women came in the mens room. When you
need to go there is nothing wrong with taking any toilet avalable. Of
course in Alabama you have to settle for an out house in a cow pasture.

I always do. Heck I use it when the other stalls are w/o toilet
paper or just when it is closer.

Would seem to be a possibility...
