Default Unexpected Trip Coming Up

My wife decided yesterday that we should go to Vegas over the long July
4th weekend. I found us a flight using AA miles that fit our schedule
(exit row seats on both flights), grabbed a room offer from the IP (may
change as she has never stayed there) and it all came together. We
arrive June 30 and fly home on the 4th. What can I expect in the way
of crowds, table minimums, etc. Amazingly enough this will be my first
time in Vegas during the July 4th holiday.

Good luck with your trip on the 4th. That room deal with the IP could save
you a few bucks because room deals on a holiday weekend are hard to find.
Restaurants and buffets will require a wait, unless you vary your time to
eat. Go a tad early like 4:00PM or a little late like 7:00PM and you might
avoid the crowds. Figure on $10 or $15 tables for sure. Might find some $5
tables during the mornings, while the serious gamblers are still sleeping.
have fun any way and good luck.

Default Unexpected Trip Coming Up

4th of July weekend
I would get a room at Main Street Station and have a prime rib dinner
at Jerry's Nugget remodeled coffee shop for sure. I would divide my
playing between MSS, California & Sam's Town Casinos. I would have a
lot of fun and not feel like everyone in Las Vegas was trying to get my
last buck.

No good. Call back and ask for the "Mike Snow" rate, also known as the
"golfer's special". Its a good deal.

Default Unexpected Trip Coming Up

Now, that has to be the classic example of a great weekend in las vegas.
I've been to LV 3 times a year for the past 10 years and out of that agenda,
all I have done is gamble at sams town. Never tried jerrys nugget and have
never been inside of MSS. Maybe on my next trip, I'll stay downtown and try
out these places.
