El Cortez opens new drive in dining service

ELCO's steak and lobster meal is considered gourmet when you compare
it to the steak and lobster at Bourbon Street.

Speaking of which...I had a rear sighting of Jackie Gaughan playing
poker the other nite.

I didn't think that was rare or rear?? I played at the same table as Jackie
just before the election. Seemed like the employees liked him. I thought he
was a common sight at the El Cortez.
I also found the NY Strip good at ElCo, but the prime rib even better.
$3.95 and a VIP movie pass... I love POV!

i would compare the El Co rooms to that of the Gold Spike.
The tower rooms actually have the same layout as the petite suite at the Plaza.
The mainbuilding rooms remind me of rooms at the Western.
