Default sounds impossible but could be true

I have read in a review of the Stratosphere that someone got booked into a
room with no window at all.
Cant be true can it?
any LV locals know the Strat that well
Im going in September for my first visit and knowing my luck, well u
know!!!!!!!!!

BTW
is there any evidence to show that the 20 dollar tip for the check in clerk
works at the strat for a better room or upgrade
thanks

A room a the Strat with no window would be far better than a room at any
other hotel with a widow. And if you want an upgrade at the Strat just
tell the check in clerk Ronald Emerson sent you. That's what Andrew in
Alabama is going to do when he stays at the Strat in October.

Wow, that may be the most amazing statement I have ever heard. I think the
Sinatra Suite at Bellagio might give a no-window room at the Strat a run for
it's money. :-)

Actually, considering what it's like around the Strat a room w/o a window is
a big improvement.

Every time I've stayed at the Strat all I did to get a room up grade
was to ask. Last time I went from a standard room to a suite.
