I stayed at both this past November and March and there was not much
difference. North Tower at LVC is
nicer than the South Tower but really not by much, may be a little less
worn. Don't know what tower at Plaza
but it was the one where you check in, I think its the lesser of the 2 Plaza
towers. Those rooms were better
than LVC south. My wife likes LVC better than the Plaza. If you want really
nice for downtown do the
Golden Nugget although I've never stayed there. Get a POV book and you can
try both Plaza and LVC
and get a free night at each Mon. - Thursday. If you want to try the better
towers then you have to upgrade
for 10 bucks a night. Good Luck,

Personally, I think the rooms at the Vegas Club (gosh I hate the new
name) are at least as nice as at Golden Nugget. The cups are plastic
and the free shampoo isn't as nice, but the rooms themselves are great.

I have liked the Vegas Club for value. Nice clean rooms.

Vegas Club. The older South tower has a slim edge on the Plaza and
the newer North tower is much better than the Plaza
