LAV tips

Greetings. We (2 adults, 2 kids) will be flying out of
Vegas Sat morning at 10:45 on Southwest. Never flown out
of Vegas before......do things go pretty smooth ? Is 2
hours early "too early" ? Any tips greatly appreciated.
I've never flown Southwest, either, but I know about the
A-B-C thing.

Get to the airport when the airline recommends. Aside from all
the usual stuff such as not bringing any items that can be used
as a weapon on the plane, its no different than anywhere else.

Get to the airport when the airline recommends. Aside from all
the usual stuff such as not bringing any items that can be used
as a weapon on the plane, its no different than anywhere else.

Good luck. I spent about 90 minutes calling around and checking
web sites. Everything is booked for that weekend that's anywhere
near the Strip. The idea of staying down town is interesting, but
my traveling companion is dead set against it. We may end up
simply postponing our trip for a couple of weeks and just eat
the airline transfer fees.
