It makes sense to use Kawaihae in part because it's the closest Big
Island port to Honolulu and Kahului. The SuperFerry isn't too slow,
but it's slower than driving, so let 'em drive the rest of the way.
I think some folks are worried that SuperFerry = Strykers or something.
Me... I don't care so much.

Eh? Okay, maybe it's not slower than driving, if it takes you 2
hours to get from Kawaihae to Kona! Should take 45 minutes if it's
not rush hour. ;)
