Default Need translation of Hawaiian phrase

Hi,

My daughter has a license plate frame from Hawaii that reads:

'Ua Mau Ke Ea O Ka Aina I Ka Pono O Hawaii'. She forgot what it means
could anyone out there translate it?

TIA

SteveO
