Hadn't the archbishop of Canterbury declared him unfit to be king
because of this divorce and his cheating etc ?
I think her death gave him legitimate right to marry Camilla and still
be fit to be King. Death of a wife would give someone right to remarry.
Otherwise it would be a ménage à trois in the royal household with the
boy's mother, the new wife and the king.
Personally, I don't see why Charles should be king. Isn't he too old to
be crowned ? From a tourism/tabloid perspective, there is nothing of
interest left in this old boring person. If William were crowned, then
there would be plenty of interest in him, his travels, his romances, his
marriage etc etc. And maybe Harry could play practical jokes on his
older brother (the king) to generate even more buzz about the royals.

So you can stick it where the sun don't shine? Yes, you probably need
it.

Oh, yes, that see-thru dress was a dead giveaway. Oh wait, you're
talking
about *after* the marriage.

He is also going towards the front of the alphabet.
age 40 ++ Diana
age 50 ++ Camela
age 60 ++ Buba
age 70 ++ Apea
Then he runs out of the alphabet and either
starts with the Z's or dies.

They were already divorced. Either one could marry again.

I've noticed, Milla.

No, he's already got his CD now. Next, it will be his iPOD.

Being a traditionalist, he might decide to spell GRAMAPHONE next.
The coffin industry will be delighted.
However, eleven car accidents would look a trace suspicious.
