Taxi to Lavrio

As an alternative to spending several hours loitering at Pireus I could
get an earlier boat (to Naxos) in Lavrio. How much would a taxi from
the airport to Lavrio cost me?

Lavrio to Naxos?

I've never heard of that route but it appears to be correct. However it
is limited to a ferry that does it in 9 hours(!) (via a round about
route) and a catamaran that takes nearly as long as from Piraeus. Also,
if that catamaran isn't running, you're a bit stuck.

Looking at the map Lavrio looks to be at least twice as far away from
the airport as Rafina is and it looks to be about the same distance as
to Piraeus.

trusting gtp.gr it should be running at august 13th. It leaves at 3:30
pm and I should be in Naxos at 6:30 (not staying there, taking the boat
to Koufounissi the next day).

hopefully it will be OK, I have a 5 yrs and a 9 months old.

Now I know the date and time you are looking at, I've looked at all the
options, i.e.

15:30 from Lavrio - you know the rest
16:15 from Rafina - Highspeed 3 - arrives 19:45
16:45 from Piraeus - Highspeed 2 - arrives 20:45

If I were you, I would go to Rafina - it's a lot nearer the airport so
a taxi should be cheaper or there is a regular direct bus. Rafina is
not a bad place to hang around in - it's not as busy as Piraeus, there
are some nice fish tavernas, bars overlooking the sea and a beach (but
not very good).
