I used the Olympic website to book last year, and never noticed this.
What I did was booked flights from the UK to Athens and v.v. and connecting
flights to/from the islands (Paros going out and Mykonos coming back). Doing
it this way, the flights to the islands cost little extra, and Olympic were
cheaper than most other airlines (easyjet wasn't convenient). Also, you can
check the luggage straight through and, presumably, if you missed the
connection (which I didn't) I would hope that Olympic would get me there.
