Default santorini airport taxis

I got a taxi from the airport to Fira and it cost a little under 10
euros. Don't remember exactly. Kamari is about the same distance and
so would be about the same, but Perissa is considerably further.

Even so I wouldn't expect to get anywhere near a £50 transfer fee -
also of course a taxi would be quicker and you wouldn't have to hang
around waiting for other people.

Cheers
Alan

I haven't done the trip you are talking about, but going off Alan's 10 euors
to Fira, the map, and my experience of Greek taxi fares I wouldn't expect it
to be more than 15 euros to Perissa (each way). Kamari should be less than
10 euros, since it is a lot nearer the airport than Fira.

When you get to Santorini airport, look out for a board which will tell you
the price of a taxi to various places on the island - there usually is one
at Greek airports - and note how much it should be. This is because on the
islands the taxis don't often have meters and they will try to charge you
more than it should be.

We are going to be in Naoussa from 27th May until 3rd June. Looking forward
to going as we haven't been to these islands before. =)
