No, I'm sorry I don't know of any such tour.
I would find it easy to spend 20 days just exploring the parts of Crete I
don't know, and I've been to this (admittedly rather large) island more than
a dozen times.
The Peloponnese is another place for 20 days' exploration. The mainland of
Greece, with Athens, Delphi, and all the rest of it, is an altogether
different proposition. Mykonos and Santorini can probably be 'done' it much
less time.
If you are travelling all the way from Canada then of course you will want
to see as much of this wonderful country as possible. However, I don't think
it is at all feasible to do what you said, even if you were taken around by
racing car, and I certainly don't think you would really be able to enjoy
and appreciate very much of it. Much of the enjoyment of Greece is in
soaking it up, really feeling it, rather than just seeing it.
A suggestion would be to concentrate on no more than three areas. Fly to
Athens, spend a few days there and admire the Acropolis and so, and take the
obligatory day-trip to Delphi. Next, go and explore the Peloponnese, with
Nafplion, Olympia, Epidavros, the Mani and so. Finally, spend at least five
days in Crete, making sure you take in the Knossos, visit Chania, enjoy the
villages with gorgeous beaches on the south coast, view the caves where Zeus
himself was born.
Whatever you do, have a great time, and enjoy this most wonderful of travel
destinations.
