It's not quite clear to me whether you want to leave your luggage in
Piraeus or Athens. However there are left luggage facilities in Pireaus
at the main ferry terminal and at Nikis Street in central Athens. If
you need more details of either of these let me know.
I'm a bit doubtful about shower facilities at the airport. The only way
you could do this at Piraeus would be to take a room in a hotel for
half a day (most hotels allow this if they have spare rooms). This
would also solve your luggage problem.
