Anafi

It's now a week since I returned from Skiathos, so I'm now thinking about my
next holiday. I've booked an easyjet flight from Luton to Athens on 22nd
August and will be hopping around the Kyklades for two and a half weeks.
This year, amongst other islands, I'm planning to go to Anafi, which I have
never ventured to before. Has anyone any experiences of it and can tell me
about it?

Looking at GTP there only seems to be the usual large ferries two or three
times a week, but at the end of last summer I noticed that there appeared to
be a fast passenger boat doing Santorini to Anafi twice a day. It looked as
though the Anafiots had bought themselves a new post boat and were using it
to encourage people to do day trips to the island. Anyone know anything
about this?

I took same information last year, they give me this number for information
(286 61253 the first number is prefix other is number, i don't know yet how
to make phone numbers with new rules)

Thanks for your reply - I've had no others. I am not sure that I understand
your reply. Did you go to Anafi or did you just see the same information
that I did? Do you know whether the boat actually sailed?

I think the phone number will now be: 0286 061253 (or 0030 286 061253 from
outside Greece).
