FINLAND - Places to stay

My daughter and husband (both architects) and 12-year old daughter will
be in Finland this early July for a week or two. She sent me the
following e-mail. Any ideas?
>> I am finally researching our travel plans. I am looking for a
3-ish star hotel in Helsinki, in the City Center. I am also looking
for a hotel with pool near Jyvaskyla (Alto Museum), and then one in the
Seinjoki region (also with a pool). Cost: less than $150.00/night.
Can you ask your travel group for recommendations? Architecturally
significant is better. Castles are Welcome. <<

I think they'll be able to sort it out now. The last comment I
received from my daughter was "I think the big question I have, now, is
whether it is imprudent not to book a hotel in the high season near the
coast in Finland. Will all of the hotels be booked?"

Any ideas? (BTW, they have booked at the Scandic Hotel in Helsinki)
