Best way would be by train. The trip there is a whole experience in
itself. You can't make the whole trip by car anyway...

Define "PURE vegeterian"? If you mean vegan, yes, it would be available.
Every town has vegetarian restaurants. And most restaurants have
vegetarian dishes.

Remember though, that when comparing the Swiss pass with the car, that
on top of the car you will need to add fuel and parking. Parking kan
easily amount to about CFR 25 a day alone.
I would not go for the Swiss pass or Swiss flexy pass in your case
though. For the follwoing. Get a "Swiss Card" in stead. This costs CFR
170,- per person and entitles you to free travel from your point of
entry to where you're staying, and back, and then gives you 50% off on
all public transport during the time in between.
This is a better deal then the swiss pass/swiss flexy pass in your case,
as these passes only give you 50%(or even only 25%) of on the mountain
railways anyway, just as the swiss card do.
Basically, comparing the three options car, swiss pass or swiss card (I
left out swiss flexipass as it is more expansive for six days, then the
swiss pass is for eight...) I get the following estimates... (assuming
you visit jungfraujoch and titlis)
Car: 400 CFR + parking (25 a day) + fuel + full price mountain railways:
Jungfrau is about 167.80 x 2 Titlis is 76 x2 aprx. 487.6 + aprox 600
Swiss pass: 289,- x2 + jungfrau 83.90 x2 (50% reduction) and titlis 57
x2 (25% reduction) 859.8 total
Swiss Card: 170,- x2 + jungfrau 83,90 x2 (50% reduction) and titlis 38
x2 (50 % reduction) + Luzern - Interlaken 26 x2 + luzern Engelberg 15 x2
.... aprox 665,- total...
