I wouldn't say the lakes are completely crazy, not compared to the Cinqueterre
at least :) You might think about a trip to Aosta and up the valley to see the
Matterhorn from the Italian side. A hike up Mt. Rosa is like a day in
Switzerland, only the food is better.
