Default Spain or Portugal in late November

You mean, if it's a good year, it will rain, but not too much. A world
that is all sunshine and no rain doesn't work very well. The winter I
had to go to Doņana to see birds it didn't rain a drop all
winter...and I didn't see any birds. But the next winter when I went
to Cazorla & the Sierra de Alpujarras, it rained cats and dogs and
several times I had to backtrack because even some major roads were
closed by landslides. In any case, if you've got the time and money,
southern Iberia is a great place to be in early winter/late fall. By
the way, the bustling summer resort of Matalascaņas is a great place
to stay in the winter while touring the Doņana area if you like quiet
and economical.

Explore Doņana from Sanlucár de Barremeda. Sanlucar is probably the most
unspoilt small town in the area. The food and ambiente are fantastic. expect
rain and take a sweater.
