Have you checked Opodo or skyscanner.net? They don't show any
non-stops (as opposed to direct flights). | |

It's a very small airport, so chances are against you.
Zürich - Bern is only an hour on the train, Basel is the same distance,
Geneve is 2 hours away. There's no point in changing planes. | |

It is only 3 hours 48 minutes by train on the ICE.

No direct flights AFAIK, but connections with a change of plane mostly in
Munich.
But as said you can take a flight to Zürich and then go by train.
There's a convenient railway station in the airport itself with direct
trains to Berne with a travel time of around 1:14 . As you'll arrive direct
to the Bern city core I think this is the most convenient way. | |

I think you mean train to Zurich then fly to Berlin?

One can always lease an aircraft to fly from Berlin to Bern. | |
