Default expensive cities

Moscow is the most expensive city in the world for tourists. Next come Tokyo
and London. The least expensive city is Asuncion in Paraguay.

I don't know that London's cheaper than Zurich. Petrol's a lot cheaper
there than London don't forget.

I had a boss who got a dirty Swiss woman and a room for 6 Swiss Francs at a time
when I was paying 50 a night just for an overheated hotel room in Zurich. In the
long run I got better value.

Calais innit? Cheap, on the other side of the water with a good train
connection.

I should mention that Meersburg is the Treviso of Konstanz or vice versa.

Some other countries, unless petrol is 50p a litre in Switzerland.
