Default Travel Advice for Rome

My wife and I are going to be cruising Italy in a couple weeks and
need some advice regarding travel in Rome. We only have about 8-10
hours in Rome and would like to know the best places to visit and the
most efficient ways to go about getting to these locations.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thank You!

My husband and I liked the double decker bus ride around
the entire city..takes about hour and a half and has a
narration. You really see how big the city really is and how
huge the coliseum and other bulidings are.

My husband didn't want to do the ride but afterward said
it was worht it. Costs about $12 to $15 a person.

You'd get a feel for the city and then when you return to
Statzione termini ( main train terminal where there are also
taxi's) you could catch a taxi to St. Peter's which is amazing
or to one of the places you saw on the bus ride.
