No problem! I guess I didn't notice how many of them were "adventure" tours
:-) They are pretty flexible, though, so you might be able to arrange
something with them more to your tastes.
It's still a good idea to be in decent shape. Bulgaria is not
tourist-friendly -- to get to some sights, especially ruins or fortresses,
you have to do a little climbing or hiking. Not lots of it, but enough to
make a couch potato wheeze. Medieval monasteries weren't built with parking
lots. :-)
