Default Premiere Classe Hotels

What are Premiere Classe Hotels like? They seem to be a lot cheaper then
other Hotels. Would it be correct to say they follow the Formule One style?
I am thinking of stay at one near the Le Mans University.

Premiere Classe Hotels are similar to Formula 1. The difference is that they
have private bathrooms for each room. These are small (in the corner of the
room) but adequate.
When we travel in France and can't quickly find a good B&B we mainly go for
Premier classe.
Rooms generally open to the outside which you may not like, but doesn't
worry us.

That reminds me: if you do use a Premiere Classe Hotel be very very careful
when you step out of the bathroom that the soles of your feet are dry
because the vinyl floor covering in the room is extra slippery.
BTW the bathroom is a slight improvement on one in a small caravan. :-)
