Road conditions Genova to Venice in February?

I want to drive from the northwest coast of Italy (Genova) across to
the northeast coast (Venice) in my camper-van in early February 2007.

Is snow likely on this route? Is there a telephone number for road
conditions on this route?

www.aci.it gives a lot of options for traffic conditions
normally at the beginning of february it is cold in the north of Italy

for instance. we are expecting snow next week even at low heights.
