Default Rome to Schiazzano near Sorrento

Hi
What is the best and easiest way to get from Rome to Sorrento area on a
Tuesday morning. With train one could go to Napoli. Then bus further?
There is a bus called Marozzi, that goes all the way to Sorrento, but it
seems to run pm only. Arrives 18.45. any ideas?

The best and easiest? Take a taxi.

But the most practical way, considering cost, is to take the train to
Napoli, then the Circumvesuviana train (in the same station) to Sorrento.

Thanks for that, I checked Trenitalia site and the 9.45 Rome Naploi
train stops at Piazza Garibaldi and Napoli Centrale. I take it the
Sorrento train would leave from Centrale?

The schedule you saw that on was for 1300 forward. It's likely they still
run a bus from the Sorrento circumvesuviana station at 8:15.

There are two stations, one called Piazza Garibaldi and the other Napoli
Centrale. They are in the same location, just on different floors. I always
mix up the two, but I *think* the regular FS train from Rome goes to Napoli
Centrale, then you go downstairs to Piazza Garibaldi to get the
Circumvesuviana to Sorrento.

If I've got the details wrong, I'm sure someome else here will correct them.
