budget airlines between holland and norway?

Hi All:
are there any budget airlines between holland in the amsterdam area and
Norway? My ultimate destination is Tromso, but am willing to go via
Oslo. I looked at the sites of norwegian, ryanair, and easyjet but
didnt find any suitable.

And do check with SAS, they have been promoting some very very cheap
fares of late. Budget airlines are not always cheaper than the
mainstream carriers.
