Where in the world can I find the following?:

Temperate climate (60degrees to 95 degrees).

Home or condo from $150,000 to $200,000

With private or community pool

Inexpensive live- in housekeeper

Within 35 min. of shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Does a place like this exist?

It would be much cheaper in Thailand and only the hotter weather would
not fit your criteria.Otherwise it is paradise at a bargain basement
rate-condos for $10-20,000 and live-in maids for $60 a month.
And all the Chang and Singha beer and bargirls one can humanly handle
for just a few hundred bucks a month.
Night clubs, discos, bars, fill Bangkok's streets and it's shopping heaven
from huge indoor malls to street vendors selling anything under the
sun.
Thai green curry chicken with sticky rice at a Manhattan restaurant
would cost $50 but in Bangkok about .50 cents and guess which is
better.

Do you have any particular country or society style in mind?
All those criteria could be met right here.
