No, I just drive pass them if I can't read the instructions.

Parking's a bit more of a problem.

each time u transfer so much, but i think no one cares the first few times,
but if u transfer too often
authorities soon will ask questions, and then they make u pay tax and
stuff.

U can also have a atm-card, and account in another country, that should work
fine. Foreign atm-cards
works everywhere in sweden, we have wery good banks.
