Greek is fine for me but not good for chatting if the bouzoukis are too
loud!!

I like Chez Denise near Les Halles, but that's only good if you like
your diet to include a Very Large Amount Of Meat.

I know a very nice restaurant in Belleville which serves superb meats at
prices you'd think date back decades (such as 6 euros for a big
entrecote!). It's called les Bons Amis. They have very good couscous
too!

Fine by me (though I hate couscous) - do you want to do the honours and
give them a call? (Maybe they are closed as well!!!)

I will. They have no actual "no-smoking zone",(I know, it's not
legal...) so if that is a deal for some of us guests, just tell me, and
I'll look in my memories for another good place to eat!
