Maybe my information is outdated (1995). Back then I remember that it
was not possible to do a circle along the ring-road outside of the
summer months (on public buses). Also other buses seemed to have had a
reduced schedule. It's good to hear that this has changed.

sorry for being not clear. cold is fine with me. I was rather referring
to November/December being rather grey at least in Umea (no snow, no
cold). How about Iceland around that time?
