Default Biometric passports

>From US web site:

The Department of Homeland Security has announced that from October 26,
2005, a digital photograph of the passport holder's face printed on the
data page of the passport will be the acceptable standard. Passports
issued on or after October 26, 2006, must also include an integrated
circuit chip capable of storing the biographic information from the
data page, a digitized photograph and other biometric information.

The UK is introducing the latter standard in early 2006 and I think
already meets the first.

Summary execution would probably be appropriate.

Then you obviously know absolutely nothing about
the technology.

Without mis-use the number of failures will be negligible.

You're possible right, but then theirs going to be less
sympathy from the Immigration people if you've broken it
yourself.
